Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our Parts department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.
To be suitable for this position, you will have a good technical parts knowledge, experience in the automotive field. A forklift Licence is desirable. You will also be committed to providing exceptional customer service and have well developed communication skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Identifying parts and components
- Ordering parts from the warehouse and external suppliers

Receiving and filling orders for parts
-
Collecting, packing, despatching, or delivering ordered parts

Preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock

Carrying out storage and stock control procedures

Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support

Providing advice to customers

Sound communication skills – written and verbal

Excellent time management skills

A focus on building a strong relationship with our customers

Highly motivated and proactive

Knowledge of automotive parts & components/auto industry – desirable

Forklift licence is an advantage
