We're partnering with a long-established Australian distributor that has built a reputation for supplying premium industrial equipment into some of the country's most demanding industries.
Their equipment can be found supporting mining operations, major infrastructure projects, fabrication workshops, industrial contractors, and equipment rental businesses nationwide.
As their National Product Specialist, you'll become the technical face of an industry-leading welding and fabrication portfolio.
You'll work directly with customers, dealers, fabricators, project teams, and operators to solve real-world challenges.
Whether it's a shutdown on a mine site, a fabrication project under pressure, or a contractor looking for a more productive solution, you'll be the person helping customers find a better way.
This isn't a desk job.
You'll be out in the field, conducting demonstrations, visiting sites, training customers, supporting dealer partners, and helping shape the future direction of the product range in Australia.
The Role
You'll support customers across Australia by:
- Conducting product demonstrations and field trials
- Providing technical guidance and application support
- Training operators, dealers, and customers
- Working closely with mining, construction, manufacturing, fabrication, and equipment hire businesses
- Supporting major opportunities alongside the sales team
- Building relationships with dealer partners across the country
- Identifying market trends and customer challenges
- Providing feedback that influences future product development and innovation
- Helping drive the growth of a respected and established product portfolio
About You
You might currently be:
- A Welding Specialist
- Welding Sales Representative
- Technical Sales Engineer
- Fabrication Supervisor
- Welding Trainer
- Product Specialist
- Industrial Equipment Sales Professional
- Service Technician with strong customer-facing skills
Most importantly, you'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of welding processes and applications
- Hands-on experience with industrial welding equipment
- The ability to engage with everyone from operators through to senior decision-makers
- A genuine interest in solving customer problems
- The confidence to present, demonstrate, and train
- A willingness to travel nationally
