About the Role
As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and visually appealing environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing product information and supporting customers to make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom floor
- Arranging and restocking furniture displays to ensure visual appeal
- Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to implement display updates
- Processing customer transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Assisting with inventory management tasks as required
About You
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a retail customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for interior design and home furnishings
- Basic computer skills for transaction processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Visual merchandising experience highly regarded
- Availability to work Saturdays is essential
