Working closely with the Managing Director and the estimating team, you will have the opportunity to use your strategic thinking and creative flair in assisting with the team’s bid pipeline and marketing activities.
Utilising your personality and proactive attitude your responsibilities will include:
- Take full accountability for the bid lifecycle after initial qualification through to submission, negotiation, and transition to the delivery team.
- Lead and orchestrate the bid process, defining strategy, timelines, and key decision points.
- Design and manage bid plans, compliance checklists, and submission timelines, while proactively tracking risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Align and integrate inputs from across the organisation throughout the bid process
- Shape persuasive win strategies, solution stories, and value propositions tailored to client priorities and evaluation frameworks.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and commercial integrity across all submissions, ensuring timely delivery via required platforms.
- Engage effectively with clients through briefings, collaborative workshops, and clarification exchanges.
- Drive ongoing improvement by analysing bid outcomes, enhancing knowledge repositories, and refining processes.
- Implement new technologies around bid generation
