The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll provide operational and administrative support to
ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a key role where the ability to prioritise and
manage multiple tasks will be essential to your success.
Key Duties
Internal Sales
- Support BDMs and on-road representatives
- Manage customer enquiries and prepare quotes
- Process orders and coordinate fulfilment priorities
- Arrange freight quotes and bookings
- Liaise with the warehouse team
- Assist with problem-solving and provide solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Administration
- Answer phones and assist with general enquiries
- Perform bookkeeping duties
- Manage office supplies and ordering
- Maintain office presentation and organisation
- Handle data entry and generate reports as required
- Maintain a neat and efficient filing system
The Successful Candidate
You’ll be reliable, well-organised, and demonstrate:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and autonomy
- Sound understanding of health and safety procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
