About the role

We're looking for a Group Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering some of SunRice's most exciting people initiatives.
Supporting our Group Organisational Development team, you'll help coordinate a diverse portfolio of programs that shape the employee experience across our global business. You'll play a key role in delivering leadership development initiatives, advancing AI literacy, coordinating the Jan Cathcart Memorial Scholarship and providing the people insights that help drive better decisions. No two days will be the same.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their People & Culture or Organisational Development career who wants exposure to enterprise-wide people programs, senior stakeholders and projects that make a real impact across our global business. You'll help deliver initiatives that shape leadership capability, employee development and organisational culture, while learning from a highly experienced and supportive OD team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the delivery of organisational development, learning and leadership programs across the Group
- Supporting our annual performance and talent cycles, including communications, reporting and system administration
- Managing learning logistics, enrolments, communications and learner support for a range of organisational development initiatives
- Coordinating AI literacy, leadership and capability-building programs that help future-proof our workforce
- Turning people data into meaningful insights through OD reporting, dashboards and analytics
- Supporting employee engagement and listening initiatives through survey administration and reporting
- Coordinating the end-to-end administration of the Jan Cathcart Memorial Scholarship, including nominations, communications and events
- Keeping key OD projects and initiatives on track through effective coordination, planning and stakeholder communication
- Partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture and the wider business to deliver a great employee experience
- Contributing to a variety of strategic people initiatives that support leadership, capability, engagement and organisational effectiveness
About You
You're highly organised, naturally curious and love being the person who brings structure to moving parts. You enjoy working across a variety of projects, build strong relationships with ease and take pride in delivering a great experience for stakeholders.
Equally comfortable coordinating programs, analysing data and managing competing priorities, you're eager to build your career in Organisational Development while contributing to initiatives that make a real impact across the business.
You will bring:
- Experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources or a related People & Culture role
- Strong coordination and project administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Confidence working with data, reporting and dashboards, and an ability to turn information into meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working with HR, learning, talent or people systems would be highly regarded
- A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for people, learning and organisational growth
