The Opportunity
We are expanding our dedicated on-site Maintenance team and are seeking multiple motivated individuals to join us at our Batchelor Plant. We currently have openings for:
- Trades Assistant
- Commercial Electrician

Requirements
Must Haves (all roles)
- Dedication to OH&S and adherence to safe work procedures
- Physically fit, disciplined, agile and a strong team player in a dynamic environment
- Able and willing to undertake occasional weekend work and minimal callouts
- Hold a valid Australian driver’s license
- Possess full working rights in Australia
Role-Specific Must Haves
Commercial Electrician
- Certificate III in Electrical
Trades Assistant
- Previous experience in a mechanical, industrial or maintenance environment (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to support trades staff and learn on the job
Preferred
- TIG and MIG welding experience
- Exposure to food processing machinery
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Forklift and EWP license desirable
