Dorevitch Pathology, part of the Healius network, delivers essential pathology services that support clinicians, hospitals, and specialist providers across Australia. Our Heidelberg laboratory plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results - and our Data Entry team is at the heart of that process.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry - CX Administrator to join our professional and supportive evening team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment. You will be responsible for the accurate entry of pathology request forms, monitoring shared inboxes and supporting key administrative functions that directly impact patient care and clinical outcomes.
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Previous experience in data entry, pathology, or healthcare administration is advantageous but not essential - comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
