Taylor Street Dental is a boutique aesthetic clinic in West Pennant Hills run by an international Invisalign educator and keynote speaker. We do high-quality cosmetic work — Invisalign, composite smile makeovers, and digital dentistry — and we're looking for a skilled assistant who can match that standard.
What You'll Be Doing
Working directly alongside the principal dentist two days per week across Invisalign consultations, cosmetic bonding cases, and aesthetic procedures. You'll be expected to work independently, anticipate clinical needs chairside, and contribute to a smooth, professional patient experience from day one.
Responsibilities include chairside assisting across cosmetic and Invisalign cases, treatment room setup and sterilisation, intraoral scanning and clinical photography support, and accurate patient record management.
What We Need From You
- Minimum 2 years paid dental assisting experience — non-negotiable
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification
- Real interest in cosmetic and Invisalign dentistry — please don't apply if you're just looking for any dental chair
- Comfortable learning digital workflows — intraoral scanning, clinical photography, practice software
- Reliable, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
- Within reasonable commuting distance of West Pennant Hills — we value consistency
