Elleisha’s Property Services is a local independently owned and operated company offering a wide range of property maintenance and cleaning services for residential and business clients throughout Newcastle-Hunter region as well as the Illawarra.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in their work to join our Lawns and Garden Team in Newcastle. The successful applicant will have strong communication skills, a keen attention for details and ability to work in a team. As a registered NDIS service provider, it is essential that you are respectful and understanding of all members of the community.
Job responsibilities:
- Lawn mowing - walk-behind mowing
- Edging/Whipper snipping
- Hedging
- Weeding
- Garden bed maintenance
- Site clean-up
- Mulching
- Spraying and fertilising lawns & gardens
- General maintenance tasks and external cleaning/rubbish removal
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in lawn and garden maintenance or the desire to learn and excel
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated capability to work in a physically demanding role
- Be willing to work long hours outdoors
- Provide a current Working With Children Check and pass a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong commitment to workplace culture and safety
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
