In this role, you'll:
Deliver a variety of concrete projects, including slab replacements and pavement maintenance works .
Work as part of a close-knit crew to safely and efficiently complete construction and maintenance activities.
Operate within a network generally covering a 200 km radius from your depot, with occasional travel to other regions to support operational requirements.
Work away from home for the duration of projects when required, with accommodation and applicable allowances provided.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications and operational systems such as Knowledge Asset Vision (KAV) to support project delivery and reporting.
This role will see you contribute to the delivery of concrete construction and maintenance projects, including slab replacements, pavement repairs, and other road infrastructure works. Working as part of a skilled crew, you'll have the opportunity to develop your construction expertise, build your knowledge of operational systems, and gain experience working across a diverse range of projects and locations.
You will deliver high-quality concrete and pavement outcomes in a dynamic field-based environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

About you
Your concrete construction experience and commitment to safety will see you excel in delivering concrete and pavement projects. You're a reliable team player who enjoys hands-on work and working collaboratively to achieve quality outcomes. You bring proven concrete construction experience and a strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork. You're a reliable, hands-on worker who enjoys delivering practical outcomes in a field-based environment and is willing to travel and work away from home when required.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience in concrete construction and pavement works.
Traffic Control Ticket.
White Card.
Worker on Foot Ticket.
Current Driver's Licence.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable:
Truck Licence.
Experience using operational systems such as Knowledge Asset Vision (KAV).
