We’re seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our supportive team in Parkleaworking a minimum of 41.5 hours per fortnight. In this role, you’ll assist a group of clients with intellectual disabilities who live together in a shared home. They enjoy engaging in creative and sensory activities, cooking, spending time with loved ones and getting out into the community. You’ll be a key part of helping them achieve greater independence and joy in their daily lives.
Key responsibilities include:
Monday: 6am-9am - 3 Hours
Tuesday: 3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
Wednesday:3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
Thursday: 2pm – 7pm - 5 Hours
Friday: 3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
Sunday: 3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
Tuesday: 3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
Wednesday: 6.00AM – 9.30am - 3.5 Hours
Thursday: 4PM – 10pm - 6 Hours
Friday: 3pm – 7pm - 4 Hours
