An opportunity is available for an experienced Payroll Supervisor join to join our small HR team in our Adelaide Office. Working with our Payroll Officer, the primary purpose of this role is being responsible for the end-to-end management of accurate and timely processing of our payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, Enterprise Agreements and company policies.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Lead the Payroll function for the Australian Drilling Services Business (approx. 450 people)
- Process end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly & monthly basis
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, superannuation, allowances, and deductions
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
- Manage payroll queries and provide timely support to employees and managers
- Reconcile payroll reports and ensure accuracy of data
- Prepare and submit statutory reporting (e.g. STP, PAYG, superannuation)
- Assist with payroll audits and compliance checks
- Process new starters, terminations, and employee changes
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity
A few things we’re looking for:
- Proven experience managing a small to medium payroll function (end-to-end processing preferred)
- Dayforce experience is highly advantageous
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel

An opportunity is available for an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Advisor to join our dynamic team, based across our client sites on an 8 day on/ 6 day off roster. This is a FIFO field-based role that partners with operational leaders to manage EHS risk in the workplace, through implementation of our EHS management systems and programs. Building a successful relationship with our customers is crucial in delivering a strong EHS culture in the field.
