We're entering an exciting growth phase, with major partnerships across hospitality, retail and entertainment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients to help them succeed.
About the Role
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll become the primary point of contact for our customers after they join SWiiFT Studio, guiding them from onboarding through to launch and ongoing success. You'll work closely with our founder, product team and developers to coordinate projects, solve problems, build relationships and ensure every customer gets genuine value from the platform. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the onboarding of new SWiiFT Studio customers
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Coordinate campaign launches across internal teams
- Schedule and facilitate customer meetings and training sessions
- Ensure projects stay on track and communicate progress clearly
- Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes and platform adoption
- Gather customer feedback and work with our product team to improve the platform
- Assist in developing onboarding resources, documentation and customer communications
- Support business development by nurturing existing relationships and identifying growth opportunities

Experience We're Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following would be highly regarded:
- Customer Success
- Account Management
- Client Services
- Marketing
- Digital Agencies
- SaaS
- Hospitality Technology
- CRM or Loyalty Platforms
- Project Coordination
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira or AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus, but not essential.
