Oz General Store is a retailer specialising in garden, farming, automotive and engineering products. We are looking for an Administration/ Picking Packing to work on a part-time basis with the possibility of full-time at our Dandenong store.
You will be in charge of fulfilling online orders with pick packing and booking, reordering stock from suppliers, adding stock quantities to our website, general tidying of the store and assisting walk-in customers.
Your main role will be:
- Interpret online orders - Prepare Click And Collect and Pack Delivery Orders
- Pick and Pack orders - Accurately and Securely
- Liaise with Australia Post/ Couriers - Cartons, Skids, Pallets
- Reorder products from suppliers
- Solve customer queries in a timely manner
- Experienced in a fast-paced working environment, office and warehouse-based
The successful candidate must be:
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills (In-person and Over the Phone)
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly
- Motivated to learn new skills
- Be able to work as a team
- Must be reliable and committed to working the hours between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday (15-37.5hrs)
- MUST have a driver's licence
Full training and support is provided, with additional opportunities to learn Social Media scheduling, content creation and e-commerce training available to the right candidate. However due to time and staff constraints we expect that you become self sufficient in a short period of time. You are required to complete tasks to a high standard.
