Vacancy: Full-Time Cook (Vietnamese / French cuisine)
Rendezvous-Du-Vietnam is now seeking Full time Cook to join our growing team. Applicants must:
· Possess the relevant qualification such as Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery.
· Have at least one year work experience in both Vietnamese and/or French cuisine.
· Have experience in grilled and wok cooking techniques would be essential.
· Assist the chef in the food preparation and perform cooking when busy, therefore a good knowledge of food safety is a must.
You will be working with a professional inhouse trained team of Chef and support staff. You would be in Australia while apply for this position.
Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 + superannuation (currently 12.00%)
