Support Worker – Female | North Lakes
Join our team supporting clients in North Lakes and surrounding suburbs!
We're looking for a warm, reliable female Support Worker to assist a client with personal care and daily living support.
What we're after:
- Comfortable and confident providing personal care (showering, dressing, toileting support)
- Minimum 3 days availability per week
- A genuine problem solver, someone who can think on their feet and find ways to engage a participant, even on quiet days
- Open minded, adaptable, and willing to travel as part of the role
- Resilient, with the grit and thick skin to handle challenging days without taking it personally
- Open to collaborative communication amongst management and participants
- Genuinely cares about making a difference, this isn't just a job to clock in and out of
- Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence
- Current Blue Card / NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
