In this Lecturer role, you will advance business analytics teaching and research within a leading commerce department.
You will design and deliver innovative curricula, supervise research students, and build an impactful research profile.
You will also engage with industry and community partners to enhance the real-world relevance of your work .
Conduct high-quality research in a commerce-related discipline and publish in leading refereed journals.
Secure research funding from internal and external sources and actively participate in academic conferences and workshops.
Design, coordinate and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate business analytics subjects using contemporary teaching approaches and e-learning platforms.
Supervise Masters and PhD students and support their research training and academic development.
Contribute to departmental service, committees and engagement with industry, community and professional organisations.
You may be a great fit if you :
Hold or are completing a PhD in a commerce-related discipline, including economics, finance, accounting or operations.
Demonstrate an emerging research record in business or economics , evidenced by working papers and submissions to leading journals.
Teach business analytics effectively at undergraduate and masters level, using both face-to-face and online modes.
Participate actively in academic conferences, seminars and workshops to build scholarly networks and visibility.
Show potential to attract research grants and engage with industry, government or community organisations.
Commit to collegial, inclusive practice and high standards of ethics, teaching quality and student achievement.
