Our Team and the Role
Reporting to our NSW State Manager, this role is the operational backbone of our Sydney team — keeping things organised, productive and running smoothly so the team can focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails through the team's shared mailbox and ticketing system
- Support clients with queries, troubleshooting and software training, ensuring an excellent experience
- Enter and manage client orders and data across our internal platforms (full training provided)
- Produce client reports and distribute and collate client satisfaction survey responses
- Assist the NSW State Manager with day-to-day administration and support
- Manage compliance and administrative requirements in line with legislative and audit standards
- Review supplier invoices and monthly costings to ensure accuracy and identify trends
- Help organise office events and social functions
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements and process enhancements
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Completed HSC (or equivalent) as a minimum education requirement
- Intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and basic PowerBI
- Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to following up, monitoring information and planning your workload
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service
