JUNIOR ROLES AT LAURENT BAKERY
Laurent Bakery has always been driven by love and respect for the craft of French artisan baking and exists as a homage to the values of a village bakery. Our cafes are a Melbourne staple when it comes to French quality products with a 30 years history around our beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouth watering sandwiches and croques.
We have exciting new opportunities for Junior Casual Food and Beverage attendants at our East-Land store. These roles are ideally suited to those looking for their very first casual job and/or school leavers looking to enter the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
As a Junior in our East-Land store you will start as a Cafe All-Rounder and be trained up as a Barista, working with the store team to provide an amazing experience to our fabulous customers from the minute they enter our stores.
By learning the multiple stations in our café, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury café experience.
The role will involve working the register, preparing food at our processing station, providing an exceptional customer experience, cleaning, working as a team to maintain cleanliness and French luxury standards.
Excitingly as you learn the role, you will also be trained to create our amazing coffees through specialist Barista training.
