Ready to step into a hands-on production role where your skills directly keep operations moving? As an Extrusion Operator, you’ll operate and monitor extrusion machines as part of a rotating shift roster (4 on / 4 off). This is a perm opportunity with 12-hour shifts, and we’re looking for operators who can work confidently across both day and night shifts, including weekends. Required Skills
- Proven extrusion machine operating experience
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off roster
- Capability to work both day and night shifts, including weekends
- Strong commitment to following production and safety procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and a practical approach to monitoring machine performance
Preferred Experiences
- Extrusion experience is essential
- Plastic industry experience (preferred)
