Physiotherapist – Home Care / Aged Care
Chinese Welfare Services of SA Inc. is seeking a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and provide high-quality physiotherapy services to older people living independently in the community.

About the Role
As a Home Care Physiotherapist, you will provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment and ongoing support to clients in their homes and community settings.
You will work closely with Care Coordinators, families and other health professionals to ensure services are person-centred and aligned with each client's individual needs, goals and care plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes.
- Developing individualised treatment, rehabilitation and exercise programs.
- Supporting clients to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence.
- Providing falls prevention and mobility support.
- Recommending appropriate mobility aids, equipment and strategies where required.
- Monitoring client progress and reviewing treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, assessments and clinical reports.
- Communicating with Care Coordinators regarding changes in clients' needs or circumstances.
- Delivering services in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, professional standards and organisational policies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Chinese language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) are highly desirable, as many of our clients are from Chinese-speaking backgrounds.
- A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a community-based environment.
- A person-centred approach and genuine interest in supporting older people.

Pay: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour
