The role
We have a 6-month fixed-term opportunity for a Service Contracts Administrator to join our team to provide administrative support to migrate existing Service Contracts from SAP to the newly designed platform in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
Key Duties:
- Supporting customer’s Service contract quote related enquiries that present via the voice and email contact channels.
- Collaborating with Customer Service Administrator Co-ordinator, Enquiry Support Team Leader, Regional Service Managers and Service Supervisors to clarify revised Service Contract Pricing.
- Migrating legacy Service Maintenance Contracts from the SAP operating system to C4C, in line with weekly and monthly targets set.
- Escalating issues or roadblocks that prevent Service Contract transfers from SAP to C4C to the Enquiry Support Team Leader, so that the appropriate steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
- Assisting with the Service Contract quoting process and set up in C4C to support new Service Contracts.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Proven data entry experience with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using SAP and other cloud‑based systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders
- A team‑oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to shared success
