What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:

Contribute to project tasks and milestones, ensuring your work is organized to meet deadlines.

Make decisions within limited options to resolve problems, under your supervisor's direction.

Have your work regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy.

Engage in fixed assignments that facilitate peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions.

Develop and refine your communication abilities by actively participating in meetings and delivering presentations to personnel at all organizational levels.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Expected completion of an accredited 4-year undergraduate engineering degree in 2026.

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices

Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Familiarity with coding languages and software development processes

Background in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex information

Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment

Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
