Flag Motor Lodge is an airport-side motel in Rivervale, minutes from Perth Airport. We're looking for a reliable Night Auditor to join our team on the overnight shift and keep the front desk running smoothly.
The shift
11pm–7am, three nights per week. Fixed roster, possibility for extra shifts if desired, on-site parking.
Examples of what you'll do:
- Front desk service — check-ins, late arrivals, early departures and shuttle bookings
- Answer calls and take reservation enquiries
- Assist guests with requests, wake-up calls and after-hours needs
- Complete the nightly audit and account reconciliation
- Confirm end-of-day tasks are completed across departments and follow up outstanding items
- Maintain records, handover notes and compliance documentation
What we're looking for:
- Accurate with numbers and attention to detail
- Clear, calm communication with guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Australian work rights
- Front desk or PMS experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
