Imagine being part of our enthusiastic Peel South local team of 10–15 staff and volunteers, supporting seniors, people on a mental health recovery journey, and people living with disability in the local community.
As a Customer Partner, you will help people live the life they choose in their own home and community—while building a rewarding career with genuine purpose.
We are looking for someone who brings a fresh mindset, exceptional personal qualities and emerging leadership capability. You will immerse yourself in the local, collaborate with colleagues and pursue opportunities that advance our purpose for customers and the wider community.
Alongside compassion, you will bring the industry awareness and technical capability needed to help run a successful local business. Working with the Local Lead and your colleagues, you will contribute to a healthy, safe and high-performing team, understand local operations, and help the team achieve its key performance indicators.
Your passion for people will remain central to the role. You will spend approximately one day each week delivering services directly to customers. For the remainder of the week, you will support the local’s customers and the support worker community throughout their journey with Chorus.
- Use your knowledge, judgement and professionalism to assess and onboard referred customers who are most likely to benefit from Chorus services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners and customers’ allied health providers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimise and schedule the local’s work, making the best use of team skills and maximising customer outcomes.
- Maintain and regularly review accurate customer information and records, supporting customer wellbeing and service quality.
- Manage customer and support team communications efficiently across all channels into and out of the local.
