Act as a project support resource for application upgrades and/or client projects.
Coordinate environment access requests and onboarding/offboarding
Support and document VPN and network setups with internal and client IT teams
Follow up on open items with clients or internal teams – weekly/monthly support review with key clients
Maintain client-specific config or onboarding templates (under PM/BA guidance).

Own operational processes like:
- User access management (e.g. non-prod environment admin, role matrix upkeep).
- Software licensing status tracking (e.g. WinBEAT, Sunrise usage tracking).
- Help with audit prep (compiling change logs, access records, etc).
Continue being the go-between for product and infrastructure teams:
- Logging and following up on infrastructure tickets related to Sunrise needs.
- Escalating recurring infrastructure pain points to the right owner.
- Documenting dependencies and support handoffs.
Support change management by compiling release notes, changes, etc.
Assist in network/client testing for client changes.
Pay: $86,000.00 per year
