- Assist with project budgets, schedules, forecasting, progress claims, and variations to support successful project delivery.
- Support procurement, tendering, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration activities.
- Promote a strong safety-first culture while supporting quality assurance, compliance and risk management requirements across project activities.
- Prepare RFIs, technical documentation, progress reports, and other project records in line with project requirements.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project delivery within the civil construction or engineering sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Experience in project coordination, contract administration, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
- Understanding of Australian civil engineering standards, site safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Proficiency in project management and project delivery platforms such as InEight, Aconex, Procore, or similar systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Current White Card and Driver’s Licence.
- Ability to obtain Defence clearance and other project-specific clearances where required.
What Will Set You Apart:
