Established in 2012, Auta Homes Group is a leading Adelaide-based property development and construction firm. We deliver a diverse portfolio ranging from custom residential homes to large-scale urban developments. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to support our continued growth.
The Role
You will support the planning, design, documentation, and delivery of residential and mixed-use projects. Working alongside our design, pre-construction, and construction teams, you will coordinate technical drawings and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Integrate structural, civil, and consultant documentation, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for planning and building approvals.
- Identify design inconsistencies and maintain accurate drawing registers and revision records.
- Liaise with project managers, estimators, and external consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain design standards.
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or Architecture.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in residential construction or property development.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and document control skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
