Experienced Pizza Chef Wanted – Inner West
We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our busy and established restaurant in the Inner West.
About the Role:
- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas using a stone oven
- Stretch, prepare, and manage pizza dough to a high standard
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pizza Chef
- Experience working with a stone oven is preferred
- Candidates with wood-fired oven experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong dough stretching and preparation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about quality food
Availability:
- Various evening shifts available between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Must be available to work Fridays, and Saturdays
- Restaurant operates 7 days a week
