Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience providing desktop or IT support in a corporate or customer-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, standard business applications, and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with ticketing/service management systems and working within SLAs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both onsite and remote.
- Basic understanding of user account management and security best practices.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g.,ITIL Foundation) or equivalent practical experience.
