About the role
We are currently expanding our Procurement Consulting team across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth. These opportunities are ideal for consultants looking to build their procurement transformation expertise while working with leading organisations on strategic sourcing, cost optimisation and capability improvement initiatives. There are also opportunities to travel interstate and internationally, gaining exposure to a broad variety of industries, clients and transformation projects.
Role responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies.
- Conduct cost-reduction opportunity assessments using client spend data, contracts and procurement insights.
- Deliver cost-reduction projects, including strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and process improvement initiatives.
- Work in project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions.
- Support and lead project workstreams, with opportunities to mentor junior team members depending on experience.
- Develop business cases for procurement transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to our growing digital procurement capability.
- Support business leaders in sales, marketing, systems, and business development.
- Contribute to a high-performing, flexible, and inclusive team culture.
These roles require a willingness to travel across Australia.
About you
We are looking for motivated, analytical and goal-oriented professionals who:

2+ years’ experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to procurement, sourcing or supply chain projects.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Have experience delivering projects or managing workstreams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data interpretation.
- Understand procurement processes and systems, including strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier engagement.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and support effective decision-making.
- Demonstrate adaptability, sound judgement, and personal accountability, with the ability to manage your own workload, flag risks early, and work effectively in dynamic project environments.
