Max Action Vehicles is searching for an experienced Truck Driver with a minimum of HC licence to start immediately on a casual basis with a view to full time employment.
Our Company Max Action Vehicles transports vehicles locally and interstate for Film / TV work as well as transporting luxury vehicles. Our clients include vehicle manufacturers, Film production companies and private clients.
The Role You will be required to transport vehicles to a wide variety of locations. You generally stay with the vehicle and assist with detailing and movement of the vehicle during filming. You will need to deliver in a safe, professional manner along with maintaining the required paperwork on a daily basis. You may need to travel interstate at times. Accommodation is provided when interstate.
The Successful Candidate To be considered for this position, you must have a professional approach to driving, with an impeccable driving history. You must also possess basic vehicle mechanical skills and have an interest in cars. An above award wage is offered. You will also have an excellent attitude to Workplace Health and Safety and possess:
- Current HC licence
- Willing to obtain a VIC Roads Driving Report
- Proven working experience as a truck driver
- Comply and understand OH&S regulations, safety & speed limits
- Ability to work long hours and travel when needed
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Excellent work ethic
- Fit, healthy & reliable and a passionate driver who loves their job
- Non smoker
- Be a team player
