About the role
Reporting to the Hospitality & Services Manager, the Dining Service Champion plays a vital frontline role in delivering exceptional mealtime experiences. You'll set up and service dining rooms across breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea, ensuring every resident receives their meal on time, presented beautifully, and in line with their dietary needs and personal preferences.
You'll work alongside kitchen staff, care teams and fellow Dining Service Champions to keep the dining environment clean, safe, well-stocked and welcoming for residents, families and visitors.
