Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Formwork Carpenters to join our Projects across regional WA on a FIFO 2:1 Roster. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, renovating, and repairing structures and fixtures using a variety of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to fabricate and assemble formwork structures.
- Dig out and mark area for concrete
- Calculate, order, and pour concrete as required.
- Select and prepare timbers and materials, ensuring accurate layouts.
- Cut materials using hand and power tools and assemble or nail parts together.
- Erect frameworks, lay subflooring, and verify the trueness of structures.
- Form, erect, pour, and strip concrete structural elements.
- Adhere to all Glenview Constructions health and safety policies and procedures.
- Present yourself in appropriate work attire and in a fit state to perform duties.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (Including Working Safely at Heights).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Formwork role
- White Card
- Driver Licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
- Current Police Clearance
