About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-office call centre role where you’ll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate outcomes, and help resolve disputes — all in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:

Negotiate payments to achieve positive financial outcomes for all parties
- Problem solve and objection handling to achieve account resolution.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
- Support customers, including those experiencing financial hardship
- Resolving customer queries in a timely manner and actioning accordingly.
What You’ll Need:

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confident with Microsoft Office & quick to learn systems
- Empathy, resilience & emotional intelligence
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Customer service experience is great, but not essential!
