Key Responsibilities:
- Hair Cutting and Styling:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to the preferences of each client.
- Stay informed about current hairstyle trends and techniques.
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice when necessary.
- Ensure effective communication to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Customer Service:
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, making them feel comfortable and valued during their visit.
- Address client concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each use.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff.
- Appointment Management:
- Efficiently manage client appointments, ensuring punctuality and timely service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding any schedule adjustments.
Pay: Up to $76,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wagga Wagga NSW 2650: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
