What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking café and catering menu items
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency and quality
- Working safely with allergen and dietary requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily production
- Helping with stock rotation, preparation and kitchen organisation
- Contributing ideas and helping improve our food and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous commercial kitchen or cooking experience
- Confident cooking and food preparation skills
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- High standards of food safety and hygiene
- Allergen awareness is an advantage
- Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia
