· Title: Physiotherapist

· Position description:
o Administering muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests to identify and assess physical problems of patients;
o Physiotherapy subjective and objective assessments;
o Designing treatment programs for patients;
o Treating patients to reduce pain, improve circulation, strengthen muscles, improve cardiothoracic, cardiovascular and respiratory functions, restore joint mobility, and improve balance and coordination;
o Using different therapy methods, including hydrotherapy and massage;
o Consulting with other Health Professionals as required about patients' problems, needs and progress;
o Instructing patients and their families in procedures to be continued at home;
o Recording treatments given and patients' responses and progress;
o Developing and implementing screening and preventative health promotion programs.
· Position: Full-time, permanent position.
· Salary: $85,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
· Experience: Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum 12months full time experience.
· Qualifications: AHPRA registration required; Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent physiotherapist Masters Degree required.
