Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant, located at Balmoral Beach, just 20 minutes from the city. It operates with a fine dining Restaurant, a busy upmarket Bistro, a Thai Restaurant, a Function Room, a takeaway Kiosk and an Art Gallery.
We are looking for a friendly, experienced Bartender who is passionate about the industry. You'll be working in a fast-paced but fun environment.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Beverage Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Execute smooth and flawless operation of the Bar and great drinks.

Develop a complete working knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and preparation.

Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

Ensure that all details of service are performed to ensure every guest receives the highest quality of service.

Assist with creating and implementing cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonal cocktails are available on the menu.

Ordering and maintaining bar inventory control with the support of the Beverage Manager.

Ensure bar opening and closing duties are up to date and completed daily to standard by bartenders.
Required Experience
-
2+ years restaurant and/or bartending experience

Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks

Strong commitment to service
