Barista / All Rounder- Busy Café
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our fast-paced café team in the heart of Crows Nest. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in their work, and brings great energy to the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dialling in espresso and delivering consistently high-quality coffee
- Fast, efficient service during peak periods
- Providing warm, genuine customer service
- Taking orders, handling POS, and managing cash/card payments
- Assisting with food prep, running orders, and general floor service
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a high-volume café
- Handle 7 to 8kg independently
- Strong espresso knowledge (grind adjustment, extraction, milk texturing)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
