About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the on-boarding department, ensuring efficient on-boarding, maintaining customer records, and delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Process customer on-boarding accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track and monitor order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
- Ensure all records and documentation are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, customer service, or office administration role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
