Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Short-Order Cooking
- Breakfast & Lunch Execution: Confidently prepare and cook core menu items to a high standard, including perfectly timed poached eggs, fluffy scrambled eggs, breakfast burgers, wraps, and gourmet toasties.
- Portion Control: Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Plating & Presentation: Assemble and garnish dishes beautifully and quickly, ensuring food goes out hot during peak rush hours.
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
