Roles and responsibilities:
1. 1.Minimum 2-4 AMS / Support Projects in LMS and PMGM
- SucessFactors certifications in LMS, PMGM and either one of the modules of Talent Management
- Hands on experience in Creating Assignment Proles, LMS Roles, Curricula, Integration with other third party modules and SF EC
- Hands on experience in Plateau Report Designer Tool
- Hands on experience in Custom calculations in Goal templates
- Good Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes
- Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
- Experience in Route maps and step types
- Experience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissions
- Experience in Calibration process
- Have worked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degree
- Experience in working with intergation between SuccessFactors and third party vendors.
- Able to lead customer discussions and workshops.
