Job Description
You will lead, coach and support a high-performing Intake team, ensuring timely responses to all enquiries, effective lead management and seamless onboarding of participants. This role is critical in maintaining service quality, clinician utilisation, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Your role:

Full time, permanent position.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am-5pm

Lead, coach and develop Intake Specialists to achieve performance targets

Manage lead pipelines, intake workflows and waitlist audits

Ensure all participant agreements, funding and risk assessments are completed

Support new starter onboarding and appointment scheduling

Keep our database up to date and help with documentation

Work closely with our regional managers and supervisors to coordinate bookings for new starters.

Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.

Qualifications

Higher School Certificate

Tertiary qualifications in business administration desirable or relevant experience

First Aid Certificate
Additional Information

Previous experience in administrative / team support role

Previous experience in healthcare & exposure to NDIS desired
