A well-established 33+ years Architectural and Building Hardware Supply company is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to establish new relationships and grow existing accounts.

- Understand B2B sales processes, including quotations, purchase orders, and account management.
- Previous customer service experience
- Preferably to have hands-on work experience in a Building Hardware Supply store or company.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Able to handle customers' complaints professionally.
- Can handle multitasking.
- Willing to learn new product knowledge.
- Know how to find new leads.
- Not afraid to talk to prospective customers on the phone.
- Can do attitude.
- Have the legal right to work in Australia without sponsorship requirements.
Main duties include:
- Locating new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling and building mailing lists.
- Negotiating sales terms
- Providing product demonstrations
- Understanding the customers' needs
- Identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails
- Handling customers' orders
