We are seeking nursing students who have successfully completed at least two semesters of a Bachelor of Nursing or Graduate Entry Master of Nursing (GEM) program and have completed at least one clinical placement. You are a compassionate and patient-focused individual who demonstrates empathy, active listening, and respect in all interactions with patients, families, and carers. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care. Reliable, professional, and adaptable, you are willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, and are eager to grow your skills within an organisation dedicated to supporting the next generation of nurses.
