Available Roles
Arena Attendant
- Supervise guests to ensure the safe use of the trampoline park
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised arena
- Engage with guests to create a fun and memorable experience
- Enforce park rules in a friendly and professional manner
Customer Service Attendant
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Answer enquiries about pricing, memberships, parties, and events
- Manage bookings both in person and over the phone
- Process waivers and wristbands
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Café Service Attendant
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, snacks, and hot food
- Operate café equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Restock supplies and keep the café clean and organised
- Process customer orders and payments
Barista experience is highly regarded for Café Service Attendant applicants, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
Party Host
- Welcome birthday families and ensure parties run smoothly from start to finish
- Lead games and activities with enthusiasm
- Serve food, cake, and drinks
- Set up and pack down party rooms
- Keep party areas clean and organised
- Help create an unforgettable birthday experience
Supervisor
- Lead shifts and ensure the venue operates smoothly
- Supervise and support team members throughout each shift
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest enquiries
- Open and close the venue, including cash handling and till reconciliation
- Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and operating to Elev8 Play standards
- Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain a positive team culture
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded but training can be provided to the right candidate.

No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training to help you succeed. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but isn't essential.
Essential Requirements
Before commencing employment, successful applicants must be willing to obtain:
- A Paid Blue Card
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Certificate
You must be available to work:
- Weekends
- School Holidays
- Public Holidays
These are our busiest trading periods.
We also have weekday and after-school shifts available.
