Construction Project Manager (Full Time Position)

- Manage subcontractors and trades - primary project point person in dealing with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.
- Oversee the day to day progress of your assigned projects.
- Prepare tenders and contract bids.
- Plan, schedule, implement, operate and coordinate activities/work programs to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle quality control – oversee standard and progress of subcontractors’ work.
- Inspect all work.
- Negotiate bills with subcontractors.
Qualifications/Skills Required: Degree Level and /or Five years relevant work experience.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum
Pay: From $140,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
