We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated cleaning supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee cleaning staff, maintain our high-quality standards, ensure our clients receive exceptional service and help drive the continued growth of our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff across multiple job sites.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with clients and respond to any complaints.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Step in to assist with cleaning duties when needed.
About you:
- Previous experience cleaning essential.
- Must have full driver's license and own car.
- Previous supervisor or team leader experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Police clearance (Or willingness to obtain one)
- Full working rights in Australia.
